We are estimating to cover the $1.5 million of project costs through multiple funding sources:
- $500,000: Pledges, donations, grants, and historic tax credits (application currently under review)
- $1,000,000: 2:1 Challenge Match
We surpassed our goal for the first stage of fundraising – bringing in $250,000 in pledges and donations (rejoice!) – and are working to bring in additional funds to cover expenses that won’t be reimbursed until after the project is completed. It’s not too late to give – whatever gifts and pledges we receive now means we’ll have less to borrow, and more funds for renovation.
